I have chosen the USA version of the Cytronex power assistance kit which is rated at 250 Watts and provides power assistance up to 20mph.

I understand that this is designed to provide power assistance up to the maximum speed allowed in much of the USA for using an electric bicycle on the highway as a normal bicycle (20mph).

I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that I have specified the correct Cytronex retro fit electric power assistance kit to comply with the law in force in the area I will be using the electrically assisted cycle fitted with this kit.

I understand that this USA version is not legal to use on the Public Highway in Europe.
